Secure Diversity has partnered with SANS Cyber Talent to create the Secure Diversity Leadership Academy. This new initiative is focused on increasing gender diversity in cybersecurity leadership.
In this first-ever Secure Diversity Leadership Academy, Secure Diversity is partnering with SANS to provide certification opportunities to historically marginalized genders in cybersecurity. There are three program options for women and other underrepresented genders to pursue SANS GIAC certification focused on leadership in cybersecurity.
Transformational Cyber Leader
This program takes current cybersecurity managers and leaders and prepares them for senior leadership roles.
Operational Cyber Executive
This program takes current cybersecurity managers and leaders with a background in core security technology and operations and prepares them for senior leadership and executive roles.
Cloud Security Leader
This program is for current cybersecurity professionals in cloud security who seek a transition into management.
